Shipping Method:

1.Courier
                        

We ues the above Express Compay to delivery your orders.

Please choose shipping method 'Request FREIGHT or INTERNATIONAL Shipping Quote' during checkout, we will contac you with shipping quote by cheapest, safest and quickest shipping ways according to your order weight and your address.

You also can  tell us your prefered shipping ways, we will quote you the best price we can get.

For small order less than 2kg and customers can wait for 10-15 days to recieve their order after we sent, we can ship their order by Register Post Air Mail. This can save shipping fee than Express.

And for all free shipping items, we also ship by Register Post Air Mail.  

The shpping fee will be changed every two month according to Express Company rate change.

Shipping costs ( by sea or air) depend on order(toal weight & size of freight).

Payment:

Now we accept payment by  Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union,  MoneyGram and Paypal.

After we receive yout payment, your order status will update to processing from pending, we will send out your order within 5-10 days after we receive your payment, and your order status will update to delievered after we send out your order.

An email will sent to you inform you tracking number by Express company the next day. You can always check your order status and track information by log in your account on our website.

If you pay by Western Unionr, MoneyGram or Paypal,  we can get your payment within 24 hours after you infrom us your payment information , so if your order status do not update to processing after 48 hours you pay, please send email to tell us , we will check for you, begin to proceed your order and  upadte your order status immediately.

If you pay by Bank Tranksfer, we can get your payment within 3-6 working days after you transfer, so if your order status do not update to processing after 3-7 workding days you inform us your payment information, please send email to tell us,  we wil check for you and proceed your order, upadte your order status immediately.

Package and security
The orders will be well packed,with certain container,also we will put some plastic bubbles inside to protect the order,if the package is broken when you receive,please check the order,and contact with us asap.we will try to help you!
After order have been sent,there will be a tracking number show on each order,you can login and find the tracking number to make sure the order get to you safe and fast!

Customs
Usually the customs will charge a proper tax charge from the order,we will try to cooperate you to save the cost,we will put proper invoice on the package as customers' request,we work with our courier and aloways help customers to finish the customs procedures well.Any problem you encounter in transportation and customs clearance please come to us.When we ship the order to you,there are no taxes from our country.But when the order enter into your country,the packages have to access your country's custom.We always filled the form of package description e.g. total value, quantity and materials to clear the customs.However,if the package over a certain amount of value, you may have to pay the import taxes to the custom. Normally, most of the import taxes of accessories should be around 10-15% of the total value. The tax rates are different from each country.

Returns and Refunds:
We are happy to replace any goods found to be faulty on delivery or for a specified time thereafter. Your invoice, which will accompany your delivery, will detail the time window when we must be notified of any faulty, damaged, or missing items. In line with standard wholesale practice we are not liable for any goods once the specified time has elapsed, once the goods have been passed on to a third party (retailed), once the goods have been used, or if the goods are damaged due to misuse.
We can only accept authorised returns of unused goods. Your original invoice number will need to be quoted in all communications. We will endeavour to rectify any issues as quickly as possible, but are unable to issue replacements/refunds until returned products have been received and inspected. In the event of you receiving a faulty or damaged item, we make no guarantee that we will be able to replace it. If the item is no longer in stock, or sold out, we will be unable to provide a replacement and will refund your payment.
Please be aware that if you are returning goods, return post and packaging costs are not refundable. However, you will not be asked to pay additional postage if we supply you with replacement products.

We have attached packing list including all items and number in each carton of your order package, please check the items and number according to our packing list after you receive your order, if missing packing list or items, please send email to us immediately.
